Gustavo Moser started climbing in 1997 in his hometown of Caracas, Venezuela at Parque Cuevas del Indio, traversing the 300-meter base of the limestone sport crag with six friends and neither chalk nor shoes. "It was a dream way to start," he says. Climbing has become his vehicle to see the world, meet new people, and make a few bucks. Three years ago, he bought a Nikon and began shooting the breathtaking landscapes, cityscapes and bouldering action on his climbing adventures. Nowadays, Gustavo is a full-time climber, living in the bouldering mecca of Hueco Tanks, and a part-time photographer with real natural talent, mature technical skills and an easy-going attitude. His work has been featured in Dead Point Magazine, full-page ads for Three Ball Climbing, and self-published on Facebook. For more, check out his homepage.
